“Ah, it feels so good. There’s nothing like the sky, right, Abby?”
“Absolutely, Julian. Gaspar, are you hungry? Can I give you the pear tart my sister made for you?”
“Of course, go ahead.”
Abby, holding her flip-flopping flaxen hair in the strong wind, offered the tart to Gaspar, the dragon carrying us through the sky. Gaspar, swinging around and narrowing his sky-blue eyes like crystals, swallowed the tart with a long lick of his tongue and gave a satisfied croon. Then, a round, seven-coloured rainbow spread across the blue sky as if responding to him.
I suddenly remembered when I met Richeli above the clouds. Although that part was the same as before, the view spreading before my eyes completely differed from two years ago. Fluffy, cotton candy-like white clouds and the pure blue sky, just like Zinon’s eyes. My beloved Zinon, flowers, smiles, blessings, and overwhelming happiness.
“Look, Zinon. From here, it looks like pink snow is falling.”
“Hmm.”
“That’s true, big sister. It’s the colour of your eyes. So cute~”
Abby and I smiled at each other. Zinon was lying on his back on the dragon, looking up at the sky with a contented expression. Next to him, Julian was dangling his feet and looking down at the ground from above.
On such a peaceful and perfect day for a walk, we’re flying in the sky, looking down at the royal capital of Elrand. The only difference from usual is that our wedding is only a few days away. The capital is now in full festive mood. The whole town is bustling with events, food stalls, and parades to celebrate our marriage.
Due to the change in the colour of my eyes to pink, the whole capital is filled with light pink roses. They are decorated not only in gardens and alleys but also on rooftops and courtyards of citizens’ homes. From above, it looks like it’s overflowing with fluffy pink. It’s incredibly cute.
It’s quite unusual to have the colour of the queen decorated to this extent. Usually, it would be blue, the colour of the king or the prince, like Zinon.
Zinon, who has risen to look at the ground, is holding me from behind. His golden hair, fluttering in the pleasant wind and reflecting the dazzling sunlight, is stunningly beautiful.
“Thanks to you regularly visiting the convent for the past two years, we have such strong support from the children and their guardians in the capital.”
“Once you become the princess, you might become more popular than Zinon, sister.”
“Hehe. Your eyes turned pink because of His Highness’s magic, right? That’s why it’s a lovey-dovey pink.”
“Piu~ Piyu Piyu.”
Muguet flew up to my line of sight as Zinon was holding me from behind. She cooed happily as if to say she was happy that our eye colours matched. My eyes are now a default light pink, sparkling like pink topaz. It feels like I’ve been dyed by Zinon like I’m claimed by him, and I can’t help but smile every time I look in the mirror.
The warmth of Zinon’s body enveloping my back makes me happy, and I’m filled with joy. Our eyes meet when I look up at Zinon over my shoulder, and Zinon smiles, tightening his arms around me.

(Ah…I never thought I would be this happy.)
Lately, I can’t help but wear a relaxed smile, which has been noticed and teased by Julian, Abby, my father and mother, Mira, and Wanda. Abby, in particular, reported that the preparations for the palace that will become my and Zinon’s new home and the flowers for the wedding were finally completed the other day.
Not only are Mira and Wanda coming to the palace as my maids, but Abby, who will live with us as a court gardener assigned to me and Zinon, is also excited about our new life at the palace.
“Lady… It’s hard to say this, but…”
Just as Mira, who has been taking extra care of my skin and hair in preparation for the wedding, was about to say something, I already knew what she would say and blushed in embarrassment, interrupting her.
“Mira, don’t say it. I know. I’ve told him to stop, but he won’t listen…”
Even saying it was embarrassing, and my face turned red as my voice gradually lowered.
My body is covered with marks left by Zinon… all over my neck, nape, shoulders, back, chest, and even embarrassing places. The marks multiply and increase every day, so every time I take care of my skin, there is an awkward silence between Mira and me.
“You’re…cute…”
Zinon’s voice, murmuring low and sucking my skin, again and again, resurfaces in my mind, and my heart tightens in agony. Mira, seeing me like this, shook her head and gave a bitter smile.
“I thought it might be the case… But we can’t erase what His Highness has left… The wedding dress has an open shoulder and back, so I’m hoping he will refrain from doing this until the wedding day or erase the marks with magic…”
I understand what Mira wants to say. She’s worried about the reckless behaviour before the wedding and feels the need to warn me.
“In particular, the nape of the neck is a problem. We will tie up your hair to highlight the tiara.”
At Mira’s words, I recall the particular spot where he left most of his marks. Even bite marks wouldn’t be surprising there.
“Do you…like it here?… When I lick here…you tighten around me… Does it feel good…?”
“Kyaa!”
The s3xy Zinon in my boudoir intruded my thoughts, and I squirmed again, leading Mira to give up, realising that her words were in vain.
